Stonewood has long believed that our community deserves a contractor who cares about your projects, who aims to deliver what we promised, for the price quoted, in the timeline offered. We’ve shared this approach with our residential clients throughout Lane County for the past 20+ years, and in 2017, we decided it was time to offer our careful approach to construction to the business world. We added some smart folks with extensive backgrounds in commercial construction, and combined their expertise with the Stonewood way of conducting business and standing behind our work. The results have been exciting and rewarding, both for us and for the business owners we’ve served. If you have a TI project, are contemplating opening up your own restaurant or pub, need an upgrade to your office or workspace, or want to invest in your future by building multi-family income property, we’re here to help you through the entire process.
Tenant Infill/ Office Remodel
If you’ve just found the new perfect location for your business, but need to make it your own, we can help. If your existing space isn’t aesthetically reflecting the quality of services you’re offering, we can give you a refresh to show your clientele you’re still as dynamic a business as you were when they hired you. Our flexible team can adapt to your needs promptly and offer reasonable rates for extraordinary work.
Restaurant/ Lounge Construction
Some of the most complicated construction installations occur in restaurants and bars. A new restaurant needs to balance efficiency, compliance with building codes and health codes, and the bottom line of the business owner. Stonewood’s Commercial team is uniquely experienced in putting together some of the most intricate installations, including beer brewing/ serving, hot food preparation, sushi preparation and service, cold storage, fire suppression, and sanitation. If you need design help, we can consult early in your process and, if needed, direct you to an appropriate design team to help you sort through the technical elements of construction consideration.
Multi-Family Construction/ Remodel
While building custom, single family homes is complicated, creating spaces for many families to live under a shared roof is even more challenging. The “homes” we create for our Multi-Family projects need to feel like comfortable places in which to live, we also need to consider how to make them efficient, safe and practical. Multi-family construction has many facets to consider: fire/life/safety concerns, parking lay outs, shared services (utilities, garbage, etc) to account for and many other items that require an experienced team. Our background in residential construction mixed with the experience of our commercial team uniquely allows us to see the project from both sides of the coin to ensure our clients are delivered long lasting, thoughtful and beautiful spaces to represent their long-term investments.
