A New Addition To The Team

We're proud to introduce the newest member of the Stonewood Family. Mark Couet has joined our team as Designer/ Project Manager. Mark leads the design services of Stonewood Construction and guides clients and construction crews through all phases of his projects. He has a rich background, having worked for designers, architects, and builders in Oregon, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont and is a strong advocate of the design-build process.

Mark began building and remodeling homes in high school, and his design, estimating, and project management decisions are informed by over 10 years of hands-on construction experience. Trained as an architect, builder, and energy consultant, Mark helps Stonewood creatively, tastefully, and responsibly shape client needs and wishes into beautiful spaces.

For fun he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. Mark most recently spent five years helping to operate a design-build firm in Burlington, Vermont. He is excited to be back exploring the northwest with his young family.

Mark has a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Oregon and is a Certified Passive House Designer. He's excited to help you with your next project. We're thrilled to have him aboard!
