Alpine Market

August 23, 2011

We’re proud to announce we’ve been hired to build the new Alpine Market in sleepy, Alpine, Oregon.  Alpine is a tight little rural community just west of Monroe that has been without it’s general store for the last 4 years.  Stonewood has been hired to demolish the old, decrepit building and construct a new 2400 square foot commercial space with seperate living quarters above.

Demolition commences on the 29th of August and we won’t waste any time before we start working on the new building, hoping to be done by early Spring of 2012.  The owner is looking for buyers or tenants to run the store and 2 bedroom apartment above.  Close to wineries and on the way to the coast via the South Fork of the Alsea River, Alpine might be a nice place to start your market/deli business.  Please contact us for details and keep an eye on the blog for updates!
