Goodbye 2011, Hello 2012
It was hard to say goodbye to 2011 as Stonewood put together our most successful year since 2007. It finally felt like years of belt-tightening, targeted marketing, and project management improvement paid off. We built two extraordinary custom homes, constructed a rural General Store, added over 8,700 square feet of additions and completed a number of outstanding kitchen and bathroom remodels. We owe a lot of thanks to a great group of clients, a talented crew of carpenters, painters and supervisors, and a strong team of sub-contractors.
2012 has started in promising fashion; we’re working on some interesting projects right now as well as designing, detailing and estimating a handful of exciting projects yet to start. With interest rates at an all time low and the Construction Industry still offering affordable pricing, 2012 is the perfect year to build you dream home, remodel that dated kitchen or bathroom or make that minoir change to your home that will make all the difference. While the weather outside may not remind you of your desires to remodel or build, it’s the perfect time to start planning and budgeting for your Spring/Summer/ Fall project.
Happy New Year!
